Headquartered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, WAJJAD is positioned for regional and global expansion, aiming to set technology-backed operational standards for modern institutions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site legal role based in Cairo, Egypt, focused on providing expert legal support in fluent and accurate Saudi legal Arabic (لهجة سعودي بطلاقة واتقان). The role involves reviewing, drafting, and preparing legal documents and contracts for WAJJAD’s platforms and clients across governance, financial, and real estate domains. The team member will analyze legal issues, provide legal consulting to internal stakeholders, and support compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and relevant jurisdictions. Daily tasks include coordinating with product, operations, and business teams to align legal frameworks with platform design, responding to legal inquiries, and maintaining organized legal records and documentation. The role also requires clear, professional communication with external partners, advisors, and regulators, and contributing to the continuous improvement of WAJJAD’s legal standards and practices.Qualifications Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant legislation, regulations, and judicial practice.Experience in Legal Consulting, including advising internal teams and external stakeholders on legal risks, structures, and compliance requirements.Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, such as drafting, reviewing, and localizing contracts, agreements, and official legal correspondence.Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly in both Arabic and English.Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Legal Issues related to governance, financial, and real estate activities.Fluent Arabic with native-level command of Saudi legal dialect (لهجة سعودي بطلاقة واتقان) and strong legal writing skills.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a recognized institution; admission to practice or relevant legal certification is an advantage.Professional experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law within Saudi or regional markets, preferably with technology or B2B platforms.High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
