The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing agendas and minutes for internal and external meetings. The role involves handling confidential correspondence, organizing and maintaining records and documentation, and supporting company secretarial work such as board meeting logistics and formal communication with stakeholders. The Executive Secretary will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring professional communication, timely responses, and effective follow-up on actions and commitments. The role also includes basic reporting, preparation of presentations, and support for office operations to enable smooth day-to-day workflow.Qualifications Strong clerical skills, including document management, filing, data entry, and record keeping.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.Experience in company secretarial work, such as coordinating board meetings, preparing minutes, and managing official documentation.Proven executive administrative assistance experience, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization.Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship management.High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with digital platforms and systems.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience supporting executives in technology, professional services, or similar sectors is an advantage.
