About this Position This position is part of the Global Business Solution in Cairo (GBS+ Cairo), in the HRDirect Process specifically handling the operation of Lifecycle Management.What You´ll Do Works on tasks as defined by process / departments (where employee is assigned). Provides administrative support for the process. Executes daily operations, supports business and functions with relevant process / technical expertise. Coordinates and executes the HR operational activities to ensure effective day-to-day tasks & service delivery. Completes all assigned tickets within the guidelines and SLAs (hiring, transfers, promotions, salary increase, award payments, exits, HR letters, contract renewals, end of probation) while ensuring completeness of the workflow documents and manuals. Serves as the point of contact for all employees related to personnel administration topics. Automates manual process steps and implement successful continuous improvement projects. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant study. 1- 3 years of relevant work experience. Proficient knowledge of MS office (Word and PowerPoint) and preferable expert in Excel (VLookup and Pivot tables). Workday experience is a plus. Detail oriented person committed to maintaining high quality standards and punctuality. Interest in project management. Fluent & proficient English Speaker.
