Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Technical Support Engineer located in Nasr City. The role involves providing technical support for customers, troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing and diagnosing problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to address technical concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting.Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.Experience in Customer Support and providing excellent customer service.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work on-site and collaborate within a team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Familiarity with building control systems and lighting solutions is a plus.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
