Coordinate with international suppliers and manufacturers to request quotations, place orders, and follow up on delivery timelines for engines, gensets, and spare parts.Monitor and follow up on the payment process with the finance team to ensure timely transfers and avoid shipment delays.Track all shipments from dispatch to arrival, ensuring proper documentation (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, HS codes, etc.) is received and accurate.Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.Follow up on customs clearance procedures and ensure timely release of goods.Arrange delivery of shipments to clients or company warehouses and confirm receipt.Maintain updated records of orders, shipment status, delivery notes, and supplier communication.Communicate proactively with clients regarding expected delivery dates, delays, or missing documents.Support the technical and service teams by ensuring availability of required parts for ongoing projects.Prepare periodic reports on pending orders, shipment status, and supplier performance.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and international shipping regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in logistics, procurement, import/export, or spare parts coordination.Experience in the marine, industrial, or technical equipment sector is highly preferred.Familiarity with international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs procedures, and freight documentation. Work ConditionsFull‑time position.Based in Cairo or Alexandria with coordination across multiple branches.Occasional visits to ports, warehouses, or client sites may be required.
