Support daily sales operations and coordinate with depots, transporters, and customers.Assist in managing fleet activities and tracking deliveries.Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and operational issues.Coordinate with Customer Service to ensure timely order processing and resolution of issues.Track shipments and update customers on delivery status.Support monitoring of quotas, approvals, and documentation with relevant stakeholders.Assist in preparing operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly).Support monthly closing activities (accruals, reports, follow‑ups).Assist in verifying transporter invoices and ensuring accurate documentation.Support stock monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting activities.Handle ad‑hoc operational and administrative tasks as required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related role.Strong coordination and communication skills.Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
