Logistics Specialist (Shipping & Import Coordination)Marsa Medical is seeking to hire a Logistics Specialist to join its team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating shipping and import operations for medical devices and supplies.Key Responsibilities:Monitor international shipments (sea & air) from suppliers until final delivery.Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents in Egypt.Prepare and review import documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB).Handle the Nafeza system (ACID) and ensure full compliance with requirements.Follow up on customs clearance procedures and verify document accuracy.Maintain continuous communication with suppliers regarding shipping schedules.Resolve shipping issues or delays efficiently and promptly.Prepare periodic reports on shipment status and logistics operations.Requirements:2–5 years of experience in logistics or import operations.Previous experience in importing medical devices or supplies is preferred.Good knowledge of international shipping procedures and Egyptian customs regulations.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.أخصائي لوجستيات (تنسيق شحن واستيراد)تعلن شركة مرسا ميديكال عن حاجتها لتعيين أخصائي لوجستيات للانضمام إلى فريقها، على أن يكون مسؤولًا عن إدارة وتنسيق عمليات الشحن والاستيراد الخاصة بالأجهزة والمستلزمات الطبية.المهام الوظيفية:متابعة عمليات الشحن الدولي (بحري / جوي) من الموردين حتى وصول الشحنات.التنسيق مع شركات الشحن ووكلاء التخليص الجمركي داخل مصر.إعداد ومراجعة مستندات الاستيراد (Commercial Invoice – Packing List – B/L – AWB).التعامل مع منظومة نافذة (ACID) والتأكد من استيفاء جميع المتطلبات.متابعة إجراءات الإفراج الجمركي وضمان سلامة ودقة المستندات.التواصل المستمر مع الموردين بخصوص مواعيد الشحن والتجهيز.حل أي مشكلات أو تأخيرات في الشحنات بشكل سريع وفعّال.إعداد تقارير دورية عن حالة الشحنات وسير العمليات.المتطلبات:خبرة من 2 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال اللوجستيات أو الاستيراد.خبرة سابقة في استيراد الأجهزة أو المستلزمات الطبية.معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الشحن الدولي والجمارك المصرية.إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً ومحادثةً).مهارات تنظيم عالية والقدرة على إدارة أكثر من شحنة في نفس الوقت.
