Our technology mirrors our people - Smart, Innovative & Forward Thinkingwww.geidea.netTo maintain competitive advantage as we grow, we are currently looking for a Loyalty Specialist.Job Purpose:Support the execution and day-to-day management of loyalty, rewards, voucher, and instant discount programs.The role involves coordinating with merchants, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery, reporting, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Manage loyalty, rewards, voucher, and instant discount campaigns from setup to launch and execution.Coordinate with merchants and partners on onboarding, offer collection, approvals, and campaign readiness.Monitor campaign performance, redemption rates, budgets, and key operational KPIs.Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and campaign analysis.Act as the main operational contact for merchants and partners, resolving issues and ensuring smooth communication.Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams.Maintain campaign trackers, operational documentation, and reporting tools.Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in operations, account management, loyalty programs, fintech, payments, project coordination, or customer engagement solutions.Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Preferred:Experience with loyalty and rewards programs, fintech, banking, telecom, or merchant networks.Familiarity with campaign management, merchant operations, and performance reporting.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously.Our values guide how we think and act - They describe what we care about the most:Customer first - It’s embedded in our design thinking and customer service approachOpen - Openness allows us to constantly improve and evolveReal - No jargon and no excuses!Bold - Constantly challenging ourselves and our way of thinkingResilient – If we fail, we bounce back stronger than beforeCollaborative - We know that we can achieve a lot more as a teamWe are changing lives by constantly striving for a better solutionClick apply below and become part of the Geidea story
