Committed to customer satisfaction, the company adopts the latest global production methods and upholds quality standards to maintain its reputation as a market leader in the bedding industry.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to lead and manage our technical maintenance operations The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep technical expertise, and the ability to improve machine efficiency while reducing production downtime.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering· Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance engineering· Strong leadership and team management skills· High technical and operational expertise· Experience creating and executing preventive maintenance plans· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills· Ability to manage technical teams effectively and maintain discipline· Experience in upholstery, mattress, or furniture industries is preferred· Experience with electronics and PLC systems is preferred· Strong knowledge of operational mechanics and industrial machinery· Ability to improve machine performance and reduce downtime· Experience setting and following maintenance KPIsResponsibilities· Lead and manage an existing maintenance team of 15+ technicians· Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance plans· Follow up on machine breakdowns and emergency maintenance cases· Reduce production machine downtime and improve operational performance· Analyze technical issues and create customized maintenance solutions· Coordinate spare parts inventory and arrange purchasing requirements· Set KPIs for the maintenance team and monitor performance· Mentor and guide the technical maintenance team· Ensure smooth operation of production machinery and equipment· Improve maintenance systems, efficiency, and technical organizationCoordinate with production departments to maintain workflow continuity
