Promptly correct any unsafe conditionsSets maintenance team performance standards and aligns the organizationCoordinate maintenance resources across facilitiesCoaches and provides constant feedback for development and improved operationUtilize visual factory concepts to control and organize the workDevelop staffing and skill building plans to build technical masteryLead problem solving activities and coaches the maintenance team on process improvementAssist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the Health & Safety programs in the field.QualificationsElectrical engineering degree from a recognized school5-7 years plant maintenance or engineering experienceProject management skills; timeline, budget, resource managementEffective people management and communication skillsProficient with computer usageFluency in spoken and written English and Arabic
