The role focuses on optimizing equipment availability through effective planning, cross-functional collaboration, and proper utilization of maintenance systems, while upholding Responsible Care standards.Position ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain maintenance plans, schedules, and job packages to support equipment reliabilityCoordinate daily with Maintenance and Operations teams to review priorities and plan work ordersMonitor maintenance execution, track KPIs, and ensure schedule compliancePlan and support plant modification projects, including scope development, scheduling, and resource planningMonitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and support corrective actionsUtilize CMMS (e.g., MAXIMO) to manage asset data, maintenance programs, and reportingGenerate reports and insights to support performance evaluation and continuous improvementLiaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective execution of activitiesSupport the implementation of maintenance planning best practices and continuous improvement initiativesPosition QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)4–6 years of experience in maintenance planning using CMMS systems2–4 years of experience in project planning within industrial environments (oil & gas or petrochemical preferred)Experience with CMMS platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo) and planning tools such as Primavera or MS ProjectProject Management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantageStrong planning, organization, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and ability to work across multiple teamsKnowledge of maintenance processes, equipment reliability, and spare parts managementApply Now
