Oversee the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of electrical systems, equipment, and utilities within the food manufacturing plant to ensure maximum reliability and operational efficiency.Ensure all electrical installations, control systems, and maintenance activities comply with food safety requirements, electrical safety standards, hygiene regulations, and Savola Foods policies and procedures.Diagnose electrical faults, troubleshoot control and automation issues, and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and support uninterrupted production.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and HSE teams to optimize equipment performance, improve energy efficiency, enhance system reliability, and achieve production targets.Lead and support the installation, commissioning, testing, and upgrading of electrical equipment, automation systems, PLCs, drives, and control panels to improve productivity, equipment availability, and operational effectiveness. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Major Mechatronics or ElectricalPrevious experience from 3 -5 Years , preferably in the FMCG industryStrong mechanical background, problem-solving, ability to read technical drawings, good communication, and organizational skills.
