He/she will handle employee grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair treatment and compliance with company policies and employment laws. Employee Relations Managers play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, promoting employee satisfaction, and mitigating potential conflicts.ROLE PROFILEConduct end-to-end investigations into complex and sensitive workplace complaints, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and code of conduct violations.Prepare detailed, objective investigation reports with findings and recommendations for corrective action.Design, implement, and update the Employee Handbook and corporate policies to ensure they remain modern, inclusive, and legally sound.Ensure all P&O activities comply with local labor laws, or relevant internationalManage mandatory filings and documentation required by government agencies or labor boards.Develop and deliver training programs for people managers on topics such as legal interview techniques, documentation best practices, and labor law updates.Develop standardized workflows for disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and grievance handling.Act as a neutral party to mediate interpersonal conflicts between employees or between management and staff to resolve issues before they escalate.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in administration or human Capital Management5-7 Years’ experience in employee relations, preferably in a managerial or leadership roleStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationExceptional ability to remain impartial and maintain strict confidentiality under pressureHigh-level written communication skills for drafting formal reports and corporate policies.Ability to challenge senior leadership on ER matters and provide data-driven recommendations.What We OfferAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
