You are about to apply for Top Employer 2026.Raya Smart Buildings is hiring for the following role that is located in EL Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October City:Lead Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for all MEP, Structural, and Architectural projects.Drive Execution: Coordinate and lead internal teams, external contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth, on-time project execution.Ensure Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to all local building codes, sustainability standards, and energy efficiency requirementsManage Retail Delivery: Oversee property upgrades, expansions, and complex tenant fit-out projects for retail spaces.Quality Control: Monitor project progress and enforce rigorous quality control measures across all deliverablesVendor Management: Select, manage, and hold accountable all contractors, suppliers, and service providersStakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders to effectively address project needs and expectations.Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify technical and scheduling risks and implement effective mitigation strategiesFinancial Reporting: Track project costs, control the budget, and prepare regular progress and financial reports for senior managementSkillsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related fieldPMP CertificateMinimum 7–10 years in project management, with strong MEP backgroundAt least 3 years in management positionExperience in commercial real estate development or smart building projectsStrong knowledge of MEP systems, building codes, and sustainability standards.Excellent project management, budgeting, and negotiation skillsLeadership and team managementProblem-solving and decision-makingCommunication and stakeholder engagementAttention to detail and quality focusLocation of the job is in 6th of October city and requires site visits out of office
