Manages and supervises TA team in order to meet the business hiring requirements.To oversee / manage the hiring process from offering stage to on boarding including furnish formalities, documentation, medical and subsequent confirmation of new recruits.To design, coordinate, negotiate and present offers and salaries for senior management. To be a part of the team planning the Talent Acquisition thus source talent with an objective to meet the requirements of Group in Egypt.Coordinates with business Heads to proactively define their requirements and develop candidates’ specifications for the open positions.Responsible for the implementation of the Manpower Plan.Supervise and manages the recruitment advertisements as per the business needs including communication with agencies, resume screening, nominations for the business heads and HR interviews.Supervise the TA activities and conduct the required approval (Advertisement / Employment fairs ).Liaise with Business Manager and calendar the Manpower plan by month as per their business plan.Conducting interviewing positions for all pay bands by using MB competences based interview.Headhunt and attract appropriate candidates, for the vacant positions through the recruitment agencies / ads and other resources.Recommends offers and for finally selected candidate whom approved by the business line.Conduct due diligence for all external recruits including written, verbal reference checks and any other screening procedure.Coaching the TA partners on the new method of interviewing ( MB Competencies Based Interview)Manages the Recruitment for positions across the Bank by successfully sourcing / short listing candidates for final interviews.Manages and Maintain MIS on offer status, requisitions and service standards – thereby providing recruitment updates for various Divisions.Manages of internal moves as well as external recruitment. Managing the induction process on the first day of joining including signing the employment contracts and issuing the employees IDs.Supervising & managing the orientation for the K & above new hires with the business heads. A graduate with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition. An understanding of the business all roles in all the banks units. Experience and skills in evaluation of candidates to assess job and profile fit. Excellent communication skills, creative and results driven. Able to supervise a team and achieve goals for the unit. Good interpersonal skills both in English and Arabic and can deal with different kinds of people Good Computer Skills. Understanding of PICG systems and procedures. Customer Focus.
