Design & implement the retail risk strategy for IBG market.Manage the complete credit cycle function (covering Policy, MIS,CIC, CCRD, Fraud, Quality Assurance, Credit related Systems, External agencies like verification, property appraisal & collections companies) for all product across IBG markets.Ensure that Risk Charge is as per plan.Ensure that policy formulation and other credit functions support healthy business growth.Significant Contribution within P&L due to following.Any deterioration or save in Risk Charges will have direct affect on the bottom line.As Owner of policy formulation, have a huge stake in book building and revenue generation.In efficient productivity management at CIC, CCRD and fraud units will have direct impact on cost and therefore P&L.Critical role in service delivery, as low approval Rates, turnaround times and unprofessional collection follow up may have adverse affect on the brand/franchise.Responsible for Audit & Controls within Risk units of all IBG markets.Compliance to credit related guidelines issued by different Central Banks to avoid any penalties.6-8 years of experience as Head of Credit Cycle, covering all products.12-15 years of credit experience.International exposure of working across geographies.Balanced thought process based on risk & reward equation.
