- Manages and supervises TA team in order to meet the business hiring requirements.- To oversee / manage the hiring process from offering stage to on boarding including furnish formalities, documentation, medical and subsequent confirmation of new recruits.- To design, coordinate, negotiate and present offers and salaries for senior management.- To be a part of the team planning the Talent Acquisition thus source talent with an objective to meet the requirements of Group in Egypt.
