Job Profile SummaryExecutes and administers core Total Rewards processes, including insurance governance, budgeting support, job evaluation, and position management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with enterprise reward frameworks. Acts as the operational backbone of the Total Rewards function.Job Responsibilities1- Insurance & Benefits Management:Manage day-to-day administration of insurance and benefits programs in line with approved policies.Ensure accurate enrollments, compliance with policy terms, and timely escalation of issues to the Senior TR Manager.2- Vendor & Service Oversight:Monitor vendor performance, service levels, and contract adherence.Resolve operational issues and provide structured feedback to support vendor review discussions.3- Budget & Reward Cycle Support:Track reward budgets, monitor variances, and ensure implementation aligns with approved allocations.Provide accurate reports and analysis to support annual reward cycle decisions.4- Job Evaluation & Compensation Application:Apply approved job evaluation methods to maintain grading consistency and fairness.Ensure compensation structures are implemented correctly across business units.5- Position & Structure Governance:Maintain oversight of position creation, modification, and control processes.Ensure role changes align with approved grading frameworks and workforce plans.6- Stakeholder Support & Strategic Alignment:Serve as the main contact for HRBPs and managers on Total Rewards implementation matters.Work closely with the Senior TR Manager to ensure reward policies are applied consistently and effectively.7- Team Collaboration & Process Improvement:Support and guide team members on evaluation standards, documentation accuracy, and reporting requirements.Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to strengthen rewards operations.Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any related fields.Experience: 5+ years experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits administration with experience supporting reward cycle, vendor management & Job Evaluation application.
