Job Vacancy – Shipping Marine Survey EngineerWe are seeking a qualified Shipping Marine Survey Engineerto join our team in Damietta New City.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and renew all vessel certificates (Class, Flag, Insurance, and Trading Certificates).Track expiry dates and arrange renewals in a timely manner.Follow up on Annual Surveys, Renewals, and Class requirements.Review and manage vessel owner documentation.Monitor crew certificates and ensure validity of passports and seafarers’ documents.Follow up on COC, Endorsements, STCW Certificates, and Medical Certificates.Ensure crew certification compliance with Flag State and port requirements.Handle official correspondence with:Classification SocietiesFlag AdministrationsP&I ClubsForeign Agents and CharterersDraft and manage professional email communications with international parties.Maintain organized electronic records for vessels and crew documentation.Requirements:Previous experience in shipping, vessel management, or maritime documentation.Strong knowledge of vessel and crew certification processes.Good command of English (written and spoken) with professional communication skills.Ability to draft formal business emails.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to work flexible hours as required by operational needs.Preferred Qualifications:Experience dealing with Class, Flag, and P&I matters.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.📍 Location: Damietta New City⏰ Working Hours: Flexible📩 To apply, please send your CV to: makandil93@gmail.com
