The role acts as a key interface between commercial, medical, and finance teams to ensure optimal value positioning, compliance with pricing regulations, and successful market access throughout the product lifecycle.Responsibilities will include but not limited to:Develop pricing and market access strategies across the product lifecycle to ensure competitive positioning and sustainable patient access.Manage pricing governance processes including approvals, documentation, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.Prepare value dossiers and health economic models to support pricing submissions and demonstrate product value to payers and stakeholders.Monitor pricing regulations and reimbursement policies to assess impact and ensure proactive alignment with market changes.Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to inform strategic decisions and maintain competitive advantage.Collaborate with commercial, medical affairs, and finance teams to align launch planning, pricing decisions, and access strategies.Engage with key external stakeholders including payers and regulatory bodies to facilitate reimbursement and favorable access conditions.Evaluate pricing performance and access outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and optimize strategy execution.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, pricing, or reimbursement roles.Prior experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, or a related field.MBA is preferred.Training:Formal training in health economics, pricing strategy, or market access frameworks is preferred.Knowledge:Strong understanding of payer systems, reimbursement frameworks, and healthcare policies in Egypt and relevant markets.Knowledge of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) processes and pricing regulations.Familiarity with health economic modeling and value-based pricing approaches.Abilities:Ability to develop strategic pricing models and translate complex data into actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across functions.Ability to evaluate market dynamics and adapt strategies accordingly.Behavioral Competencies:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.Effective negotiation and influencing capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.High level of accountability and attention to detail.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.
