This role involves designing and managing end-to-end market research projects, including defining objectives, selecting methodologies, and overseeing data collection and analysis, assigning and contacting freelancing and third parties. The Market Research Manager will translate findings into clear business insights, prepare presentations and reports, and communicate recommendations to internal teams and clients. Responsibilities include monitoring competitive landscapes, supporting HEOR and market access projects, coordinating with external partners and vendors, and ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. The role also requires mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of research frameworks and tools.QualificationsAbility to conduct robust Market Research and Market Analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable Business Insights.Experience in Competitive Intelligence to track market trends, competitor activities, and therapeutic area developments.Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design, interviews, and data modeling.Strong network of freelancers and field research companies is a plus.Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with statistical software is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
