The responsibilities include engaging with customers, delivering premium customer service, managing sales processes, executing sales strategies, and providing training to team members or clients. The role requires close collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.Proficiency in Sales techniques and Sales Management to drive performance and meet targets consistently.Experience in Training programs to upskill team members or clients in sales or marketing processes.Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to the dynamic nature of the business.Prior experience in marketing or sales roles is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
