Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities to increase company sales and market presence.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, interior designers, and project partners.Promote and represent the company’s home accessories, essentials, and décor product lines.Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.Develop and manage a pipeline of potential projects and business leads.Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth strategy.Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.Maintain regular sales reports and update management on business development progress. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).1–7 years of experience in sales or business development.Experience in home décor, furniture, interior design products, or related industries is a plus.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to identify market opportunities and drive sales growth.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.Good command of English and Arabic.
