Brand Strategy Contribution & Direction:-Contribute to the development of marketing and communication strategies for assigned brands.-Propose brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication directions based on market insights and business needs.-Identify opportunities for brand growth, differentiation, and visibility across markets.-Translate strategic direction into actionable communication plans and initiatives.-Provide input to the Group Marketing Head on strategy refinement based on market feedback and performance.Brand Communication Planning & Execution-Translate marketing strategy into clear communication plans for assigned brands.-Ensure effective rollout of communication activities across channels.-Align communication plans with business objectives and market priorities.Campaigns & Marketing Programs-Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.-Oversee development of campaign concepts with agencies.-Ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and deliver impact.Brand Governance & Consistency-Ensure consistency of brand identity, tone, and messaging across all communication touchpoints.-Review and approve key communication materials and deliverables.-Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.Agency Management & Execution Oversight-Manage relationships with external agencies (creative, digital, PR, production).-Develop clear briefs and provide direction to agencies.-Evaluate agency performance and ensure delivery against expectations.Team Leadership & Development-Manage and guide Brand Managers and Assistant Brand Managers.-Set priorities, monitor performance, and ensure accountability.-Support team development and strengthen marketing capabilities.Cross-Functional Alignment-Work closely with sales, export, and other business teams to align marketing activities.-Support commercial teams with communication initiatives and materials.-Ensure marketing effectively supports business priorities.Performance Tracking & Optimization-Monitor the performance of campaigns and communication activities.-Identify areas for improvement and optimize ongoing initiatives.-Ensure continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.Minimum of 10–12 years of progressive experience in marketing communications with at least 4–6 years in a supervisory or section head role.Industry Background: Experience in building materials, construction, FMCG, or heavy manufacturing is highly preferred
