As part of our regional expansion, we are launching our Egypt branch in Obour City and are looking for a motivated and passionate Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist to support our marketing activities and contribute to building the brand presence in the Egyptian market.Role OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive / Marketing Specialist to support the execution of marketing initiatives for Bustanji Service Center in Egypt. The role will assist in implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating with agencies and vendors, supporting digital marketing activities, and helping drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Campaign Execution· Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.· Coordinate promotional activities, activations, and local events.· Support the implementation of seasonal and tactical marketing campaigns.Brand & Communication Support· Ensure brand guidelines are consistently applied across all marketing materials.· Coordinate the development of marketing collateral, advertisements, and promotional materials.· Support content creation for social media, website, and other communication channels.Digital Marketing Support· Assist in managing social media platforms and digital campaigns.· Coordinate with agencies regarding campaign execution and reporting.· Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.· Support CRM and customer database initiatives.Customer Engagement· Assist in implementing customer retention and loyalty initiatives.· Monitor customer feedback, online reviews, and customer inquiries.· Support customer experience enhancement activities.Reporting & Coordination· Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.· Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, and suppliers.· Support budget tracking and purchase requisitions related to marketing activities.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.· 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within automotive, retail, or service industries.· Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.· Strong communication and coordination skills.· Basic analytical and reporting skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.· Fluency in Arabic and English is required.· A valid driving license and access to a car are preferred.
