Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the strategic vision for the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market opportunities.Identify and assess new product opportunities, emerging market trends, and competitive threats across relevant therapeutic areas.Oversee resource allocation, prioritization, and investment decisions to maximize portfolio performance.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, providing coaching and guidance on product development and execution.Establish clear objectives, deliver performance evaluations, and design development plans to support team growth.Direct the full product lifecycle, from development through launch and post-market optimization.Serve as the primary interface between the product management team and senior leadership, reporting on portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.Collect and analyze market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive data to inform decision-making.Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and stakeholders to gather feedback and strengthen product strategies.Leverage market research and analytics to identify opportunities for differentiation and sustainable growth.Manage the financial performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L accountability.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Science, or a related medical discipline.Minimum of 15 years in sales and marketing, with at least 7 years in leadership and people management roles.Criteria:Strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage diverse audiences.Ability to design and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders.Skilled in interpreting data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.Proven capability to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.Experienced in managing projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives.Demonstrated success in leading teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.Proficient in negotiating agreements to achieve favorable outcomes
