Operating in both B2B and D2C channels, the group offers team members exposure to international markets, modern retail practices, and cross-functional collaboration.Role Description The Marketing Director is a full-time, on-site role based in El Sheikh Zaid, Egypt responsible for leading the marketing function for Tempo Retail Group’s brands. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across B2B and D2C channels, ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing market planning, directing campaigns, supervising the marketing team, and coordinating with sales, product, and merchandising to drive revenue and brand growth. The Marketing Director will analyze market and consumer data, monitor competitors, and optimize budgets to maximize ROI across digital and offline channels. This role also involves building strong external partnerships with agencies and vendors and reporting performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.QualificationsStrong foundation in Marketing and Marketing Management, with a track record of leading brand and performance initiatives.Experience in Market Planning and Market Research to design data-driven strategies and inform decision-making.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Sales teams to align marketing activities with commercial objectives.Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.Experience in retail, fashion, or consumer brands, ideally across both B2B and D2C environments.Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, budgeting, and performance reporting.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
