Role OverviewWe are looking for a creative and execution-focused Marketing professional to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms while supporting business development and client acquisition.This role is ideal for someone who understands branding, content, and digital marketing, and can turn ideas into consistent, well-executed marketing outputs that support real projects and commercial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content MarketingManage and grow the company’s presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platformsPlan, create, and publish content aligned with the brand’s visual and tone of voiceCoordinate content related to projects, behind-the-scenes work, and studio cultureWork closely with designers to produce high-quality visual contentCampaigns & GrowthAssist in planning and executing marketing campaignsSupport lead generation efforts and inbound inquiriesTrack basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads)Suggest ideas to improve visibility, awareness, and reachDigital & Marketing SupportAssist with website content updates (basic level)Prepare marketing materials such as presentations, decks, and proposalsSupport launches, announcements, and brand activationsCoordinate with external vendors or freelancers when neededOperations & CoordinationMaintain a marketing calendar and posting scheduleEnsure brand consistency across all platforms and materialsSupport internal teams with marketing-related needs RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital content (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing basicsStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesAbility to use Canva and basic Photoshop / IllustratorFluent English (spoken and written) – mandatoryBasic understanding of content strategy and branding
