Role OverviewThe Marketing Manager will lead and execute BIC's marketing strategy across all brands, overseeing agency partners, driving lead generation, and building a vibrant community events calendar. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong operational discipline — someone who can direct external agencies, manage large-scale events, and keep thousands of residents and guests engaged year-round.ResponsibilitiesStrategy & CampaignsDefine and execute the annual marketing and communications plan across all BIC brandsLead all marketing campaigns across digital, outdoor, print, and social channelsCoordinate with sales and commercial teams to ensure marketing drives qualified leads and supports revenue targetsTrack, evaluate, and report on the performance of all marketing activities and campaignsAgency & Vendor ManagementAct as primary point of contact for all external agencies including creative, media, digital, PR, and production partnersBrief, manage, and hold agencies accountable to agreed deliverables, timelines, and budgetsLead agency selection processes including RFPs, scope of work definition, and contract negotiationEnsure all agency output is consistent with BIC's brand identity and quality standardsEvent & Community ActivationsOwn and manage the annual events calendar across La Hacienda Resort and all BIC brandsPlan and execute community events including public holiday festivals, weekend activations, sports tournaments, children's programs, and family-oriented activitiesManage all production companies, entertainment partners, event suppliers, and logistics vendorsOversee crowd management, safety planning, and guest experience for large-scale public eventsMeasure and report on event attendance, engagement, and ROIBrand & CommunicationsMaintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and marketing materialsOversee production of all content including video, photography, print, and digital assetsInform clients, owners, and prospects of products, services, and events through creative and targeted communicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on agency management and event executionPrior experience in real estate development or hospitality is essentialProven track record managing multiple agencies and large-scale events simultaneouslyStrong budget management and vendor negotiation skillsExcellent verbal, written, and organizational skills in both Arabic and EnglishAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities under pressure
