Marketing Manager, Luxury Properties

Job Description:The Luxury Properties Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a portfolio of high-end properties. This individual will work closely with the sales team and property managers to drive demand and increase occupancy rates. The Luxury Properties Marketing Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a strong brand image and ensuring a consistent customer experience across all properties.Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company and sales objectives for luxury properties.Work closely with the digital team to manage social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, engagement, and analytics monitoring.Manage the development and execution of campaigns across targeted markets and different mediums.Conduct research on consumer markets, working closely with the research team.Analyze product pricing and set targeting strategies.Oversee the sign-off of marketing campaigns, ensuring that messages and designs meet brand guidelines.Collaborate with the Four Seasons global team to set direction and obtain necessary approvals.Manage lead generation through different channels.Design and execute PR plans to achieve objectives.Work closely with the sales team to support target achievement.Analyze marketing campaign success and create reports.Set and manage the marketing budget.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on luxury properties or high-end hospitalityStrong understanding of marketing principles, with experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategiesExperience managing social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, engagement, and analytics monitoring.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software such as HubSpot or MarketExperience managing marketing campaigns across multiple mediums, including digital, print, and events.Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective marketing campaignsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, research, and digital.Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset.
