The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects, including brand positioning, campaign development, and lead-generation activities. Responsibilities include managing digital and offline marketing channels, coordinating advertising and promotional events, overseeing content creation for listings and social media, and analyzing campaign performance and market trends. The role will also involve close collaboration with sales, design, and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely launch of projects. The Marketing Manager will manage marketing budgets, supervise external agencies or vendors, and prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership.QualificationsProven experience in real estate marketing or related property development sectors, with responsibility for campaigns from concept to execution.Strong skills in brand management, market research, and marketing strategy development.Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertising.Ability to create or oversee marketing content such as brochures, presentations, property listings, and promotional materials.Solid analytical skills for tracking campaign performance, interpreting market data, and making data-informed decisions.Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage external agencies or contractors.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; real estate or engineering background is an advantage.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines on-site.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork.
