The organization values ethical practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement in all aspects of its work.Role Description As a Marketing Manager at SERIO PHARM, you will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to support the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio and mission. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. On a day-to-day basis, you will develop and implement marketing plans, manage product launches, and coordinate promotional activities targeted at healthcare professionals, distributors, and patients. You will analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize positioning, pricing, and messaging. The role includes managing digital and offline marketing channels, overseeing content and collateral development, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing reports and recommendations for senior leadership. You will collaborate closely with sales, medical, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure aligned, compliant, and impactful marketing initiatives.Qualifications Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, including experience designing and executing integrated marketing campaigns within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product positioning, pricing, and portfolio decisions.Proven ability to manage brand and product marketing activities, including product launches, promotional plans, and lifecycle management.Experience with digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, search, web content) and coordinating with agencies or vendors when needed.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex medical and technical concepts into clear, audience-appropriate messages.Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as sales, medical, regulatory, and finance.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Pharmacy, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications in marketing or healthcare is an advantage.Experience in the Egyptian pharmaceutical market or broader healthcare industry, with familiarity with local regulations and promotional compliance, is highly beneficial.Proficiency in English
