OverviewAs our Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and strengthening our application’s market presence and driving sustainable growth. You will lead end-to-end marketing strategies across digital marketing, growth marketing, and e-commerce channels, with a strong focus on FMCG and app-based marketing.Your contribution will be essential in expanding market reach, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty, and achieving ambitious business growth targets.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated marketing and growth strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Lead and optimize performance marketing initiatives across key digital channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Drive innovative E-commerce and marketplace marketing initiatives, improving online visibility, conversion funnels, and customer experience.Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring strong performance and maximum ROI.Apply deep understanding of FMCG marketing dynamics to develop impactful promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement programs.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify consumer insights, trends, and new growth opportunities.Strengthen and maintain the brand identity by ensuring consistent communication, positioning, and customer experience across all touchpoints.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.Utilize data-driven insights and reporting tools to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and support strategic decision-making. Skills & Competencies: Strong expertise in growth marketing and digital marketing strategies.Solid experience in e-commerce and app marketing, including customer acquisition and retention models.Strong understanding of FMCG consumer behavior and market dynamics.Proven ability in strategic planning, budget management, and campaign execution.Advanced analytical mindset with strong skills in performance tracking, reporting, and optimization.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Job Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 3 years in a managerial/team leadership role.Strong hands-on experience in FMCG, e-commerce, and app marketing is a must.Experience in B2B/B2C technology companies is highly required.Proven ability to build and execute effective growth and performance marketing strategies.Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and paid campaigns.Proven track record in brand building, campaign execution, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to convert insights into actions.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Master’s degree in Marketing or MBA is a plus.
