Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.Oversee content creation, including website, social media, blogs, and promotional materials.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, conversion rates).Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts.Supervise and mentor marketing team members.Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the cosmetics or FMCG industry.Strong experience in brand management and product marketing. Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns and product launches. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.Preferred Skills: Experience in the beauty and personal care market. Strong understanding of consumer behavior in the cosmetics industry.Digital marketing knowledge and experience working with agencies.
