Location Cairo, Egypt Role Overview WOROOD is looking for a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to oversee and manage the brand’s marketing activities across campaigns, social media, content, e-commerce, launches, PR coordination, and brand communication, while directly reporting to the CMO. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience within the marketing sector and is capable of managing teams, overseeing multiple projects, and maintaining high operational and creative standards in a fast-paced environment. Marketing & Campaign Management• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.• Coordinate marketing timelines and ensure smooth execution across departments.• Maintain consistency across all marketing communication and brand touchpoints. Content, E-Commerce & Creative Coordination• Oversee content planning across social media and e-commerce platforms. • Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators• Review marketing materials before publishing. • Ensure all visual and written content meets brand standards.• Coordinate with the e-commerce team to support product launches, website updates, and online customer experience. Social Media Management• Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth. • Support social media planning and campaign execution.• Stay updated on market trends and platform updates. PR & Collaborations• Coordinate with influencers, PR agencies, and external partners.• Assist in managing collaborations, gifting campaigns, and brand events.• Maintain professional communication with partners and suppliers. Performance & Reporting • Track campaign performance, e-commerce performance, and marketing KPIs.• Prepare regular reports and performance summaries.• Monitor competitor activity and market trends. Team Leadership & Workflow Management• Manage the marketing team’s daily workflow and operations.• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are completed efficiently.• Support a collaborative and organized work environment.Requirements• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in leadership positions within the marketing sector.• Previous experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries is preferred. • Strong understanding of marketing, branding, social media, e-commerce, and campaign management.• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.• Arabic and English proficiency is required. Preferred Qualifications• Strong attention to detail and visual presentation.• Experience coordinating shoots, launches, influencer campaigns, or e-commerce activities.• Passion for fashion and branding.
