Job DescriptionSupport in brainstorming and developing campaign ideas and concepts Assist in building and executing campaigns, launches and in store activations Manage timelines and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with objectives Coordinate with internal teams (design, fashion, production, retail, etc.)Work with external agencies when needed Support in PR initiatives, collaborations and partnerships when required Handle day to day marketing tasks and ensure smooth workflow Track campaigns performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports to optimize campaigns and marketing efforts. Qualifications3+ years of marketing experience (experience in fashion or retail is a plus) Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment Strong communication skillsUnderstanding of campaign planning, media, and brand buildingProficiency in Excel, ability to analyze data and generate clear reports.
