Conduct regular, structured visits to key hypermarkets and malls to ensure brand visibility.Lead and mentor our on-ground Marketing Coordinators, ensuring they embody the brand’s "humanized" communication style.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with club managers, event organizers, floor managers, and mall operators to secure prime positioning for our products.Collect customer data and feedback during events to build our marketing database.Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer behavior on-site, providing actionable reports to the senior marketing team.Manage the end-to-end execution of on-ground events, sampling campaigns, and product launches within the retail space.Organize end-to-end promotional events at gyms, sporting clubs, and shopping malls.Manage summer marketing campaigns in premium coastal destinations (North Coast, Gouna).Oversee the setup, branding, and dismantling of exhibition stands and pop-up booths. Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in marketing, event management, or sales (health/fitness/cosmetics industry preferred).Fluency in Arabic & excellent command of English are required.Professional Presence & High level of confidence and welcoming personality.Communication: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills; ability to influence both internal teams and external retail partners.Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate on-ground observations into data-driven marketing insights.Must be highly mobile and comfortable with frequent travels across Egypt.
