1- Event Planning and Coordination:Organize partnership events, launch events, expos, and other promotional activities to showcase properties.2- Marketing Plan & Budget Management:Prepare marketing strategy and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and assess ROI of campaigns.3- Social Media & Digital Marketing:Manage content creation, and media buying for digital campaigns; oversee CRM for lead tracking.4- Creative Production & Campaign Execution:Develop and execute marketing briefs; lead outdoor advertising initiatives and 360 campaign rollouts.5- Agency & Vendor Management:Coordinate with creative, media, and printing agencies to deliver marketing assets on time and within budget; maintain quality control across all external deliverables.RequirementsBachelors degree in Marketing or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing.Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva.Solid knowledge of digital marketing, event management, and campaign execution.Excellent communication and vendor management skills.
