Role DescriptionThe Marketing Team Lead is responsible for driving company growth and profitability by identifying new opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing innovative marketing strategies. This role combines strategic business development and marketing management, ensuring that our brand is well-positioned, our services are effectively promoted, and our client base continues to expand.You will work closely with top management to develop, implement, and oversee strategies that increase market share, optimize sales channels, and promote our brand through traditional and digital platforms.Duties & ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentResearch and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, partnerships, products, and services.Generate new business leads and maintain current client relationships.Foster and develop strong relationships with customers, clients, and partners.Develop standard proposals and quotations for the sales team.Coordinate with sales, finance, PR, and production departments to ensure alignment of business goals.Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry-related activities.Prepare and present quarterly and annual performance reports to senior management.Manage and grow partnership programs.Support telesales initiatives and oversee follow-up with potential leads.Oversee CRM system to ensure proper tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer engagement.Marketing & BrandingDevelop and execute strategic marketing and pricing strategies to maximize profit.Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.Increase brand awareness and market share through innovative campaigns.Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives.Manage and promote company workshops, events, and academy activities.Lead public relations efforts to enhance the company's reputation.Develop and manage the annual marketing budget.Digital Marketing & MediaOversee social media marketing, content creation, and media production (graphics, videos, and creative assets).Manage SEO and website optimization to increase online visibility.Plan and execute media buying across digital and traditional platforms.Drive lead generation campaigns across digital channels.Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to achieve KPIs.Coordinate with design teams to ensure consistent branding across all media.Build and manage email marketing campaigns for nurturing leads and engaging existing clients. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Proven experience in business development, marketing, or a related role.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, CRM systems, and lead generation tools.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to analyze market data, forecast trends, and create actionable strategies.Leadership and team management skills with a results-driven mindset.
