The role involves actively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, and managing a pipeline of prospects for marketing and technology services. The Sales Representative will conduct client meetings and product demonstrations, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms in line with company guidelines. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, providing after-sales support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires close collaboration with marketing and technical teams to align service offerings with customer needs, participate in product and service training, and provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship management, and problem-solving.Demonstrated Sales experience, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.Experience in Sales & Marketing, with understanding of basic marketing concepts, campaigns, and lead generation activities.Ability to deliver Training or product/service explanations to customers and internal teams in a clear and engaging manner.Familiarity with technology services or solutions sales; background in tech, engineering, or related fields is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Comfort working on-site in Giza and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
