Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Giza. The Sales Representative will manage the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery or project teams. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate products and solutions. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms within company guidelines, and following up on orders to meet sales targets. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and provide feedback on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Qualifications
- Proven sales, account management, and customer relationship-building abilities, ideally in a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical or product information clearly.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and email for managing pipelines and reporting.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, including territory planning, prioritization, and follow-up.
- Ability to work on-site in Giza, travel to customer locations as needed, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working with diverse customers and colleagues, with a collaborative, ethical, and customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is highly beneficial.
