Only applicants currently residing in Marsa Matrouh will be considered. ,I’m looking for a proactive, organized, and creative Marketplace & Community Manager to oversee and grow my presence across multiple 3D‑printing marketplaces and creator platforms. If you understand digital marketplaces, enjoy managing online communities, and have a passion for 3D printing, this role is for you.You will manage my storefronts, listings, customer interactions, and content across platforms such as:Cults3DThangsCreality CloudMakerWorldKickstarter (and other crowdfunding platforms)Patreon…and additional marketplaces as needed.All products are 3D‑printing related, including STL files, digital assets, and product campaigns.ResponsibilitiesMarketplace ManagementUpload, organize, and optimize product listings (STLs, images, descriptions, tags).Maintain consistent branding and quality across all platforms.Monitor analytics, sales performance, and platform trends.Handle customer messages, comments, and support requests.Manage promotions, discounts, and product launches.Patreon & Community EngagementCreate and schedule posts, updates, and exclusive content.Engage with supporters and respond to messages.Manage membership tiers, rewards, and monthly content drops.Crowdfunding (Kickstarter, etc.)Assist in planning and launching campaigns.Prepare campaign pages, visuals, and reward structures.Monitor campaign performance and engage with backers.Coordinate updates and post‑campaign communication.Content & Asset ManagementOrganize product files, images, and documentation.Prepare marketing materials (basic graphics, captions, announcements).Maintain a content calendar across all platforms. RequirementsExperience with 3D printing marketplaces or digital product platforms.Excellent written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently.Basic graphic editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.Familiarity with crowdfunding platforms is highly preferred.Self‑motivated, organized, and detail‑oriented.✨ Nice to HaveExperience with community building or social media management.Ability to suggest improvements and new strategies for growth.Must be located in Marsa Matrouh Area .If you’re passionate about 3D printing and enjoy managing digital marketplaces, send your CV/portfolio and a short message about your experience with 3D‑printing platforms.this role is part-time 5hrs / day
