You will work across multi-disciplinary teams to translate strategic intent into clear, buildable spatial frameworks, ensuring design quality, feasibility, and a strong narrative from day one.Key responsibilitiesLead and contribute to master plan and urban design concepts across mixed-use, hospitality, residential, and large-scale developmentsDevelop site analysis, constraints mapping, planning strategies, phasing concepts, and land-use frameworksProduce high-quality outputs: diagrams, layouts, massing studies, design narratives, and presentation decksCoordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders (engineering, landscape, mobility, cost, planningconsultants, clients)Support feasibility studies including density, GFA, unit mix, circulation, access, servicing, and infrastructure considerationsEnsure proposals align with local regulations, client objectives, and project viabilityPrepare and present design work in client meetings, workshops, and design reviewsMaintain design excellence, consistency, and documentation standards across deliverablesWhat you bringDegree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) and [professional registration preferred]Proven experience in master planningand early-stage concept design (typically 5+ years, adjust as needed)Strong design thinking with the ability to move between strategy and detailConfident communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsAdvanced skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite; strong capability in SketchUp and/or RhinoExperience producing compelling diagrams, vision plans, and narrative-driven presentationsAbility to work across multiple projects, manage priorities, and deliver to deadlinesExcellent English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantageAdvantageousExperience in hospitality and resort planning, mixed-use destination projects, or large residential communitiesKnowledge of planning processes and authority submissions in [regions relevant to you]GIS familiarity, parametric or analytical tools, and strong 3D workflowRevit capability is beneficial, depending on your pipelineExperience coordinating with landscape, mobility, infrastructure, and environmental consultantsWhat we offerHigh-impact role in a fast-growing, international environment.Exposure to complex, high-profile projects and cross-disciplinary teams.Clear development pathway and the opportunity to shape planning standards at QP.Competitive package aligned to experience.
