Assist in planning material requirements based on production plans and daily needs.Follow up on purchase requests and track their status until materials are received.Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials.Receive incoming materials and update inventory records in the system accurately.Monitor material movement between warehouse and production areas.Help maintain minimum and maximum stock levels under supervision.Support in performing regular stock counts and reporting any discrepancies.Ensure proper documentation of all material transactions.Assist in preparing basic inventory and consumption reports.Work closely with production teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.1–2 years of experience in material planning, inventory control, or warehouse coordination (preferably in manufacturing).Good understanding of inventory management and basic supply chain processes.Strong Excel skills (data entry, basic formulas, reporting).Familiarity with ERP systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and records.Good communication skills to coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.Basic analytical skills to monitor stock levels and identify discrepancies.Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
