Oversee and manage daily and weekly production plans to ensure output targets are achieved on time with the required quality standardsOrganize, allocate, and supervise work across all production stages (design, preparation, manufacturing, finishing)Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuously reduce scrap rates and reworkCoordinate with the Procurement department to ensure timely availability of raw materials and avoid production downtimeDevelop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectivenessMonitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze production variances, taking corrective actions when necessaryEnsure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations across all production areasCollaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Design departments to resolve technical issues and improve processesPrepare and present regular production reports covering output, efficiency, and operational challenges to senior managementDrive improvements in production systems and support implementation of modern manufacturing practices. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.Strong background in manufacturing operations, production planning, and workflow optimization.Experience in managing multi-stage production environments (preferably in jewelry, metalwork, or similar industries is a plus)Solid understanding of quality control systems and production KPIs.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressureKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantageStrong organizational and planning skills with attention to detailAbility to coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments (Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Design)Proficiency in reporting and data analysis to support production decisionsGood communication skills in English (written and spoken).
