Math Supervisor – Job DescriptionLead and supervise the Mathematics Department to ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes.Develop, review, and implement mathematics curricula in alignment with educational standards.Monitor lesson plans, classroom instruction, and assessment practices.Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for Math teachers.Analyze students' performance data and implement improvement strategies.Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.Ensure effective use of teaching resources and educational technology.Coordinate examinations, assessments, and curriculum planning.Support teachers in classroom management and instructional best practices.Collaborate with school leadership to achieve academic goals and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field.Previous experience as a Math Supervisor, Head of Department, or Senior Math Teacher.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Excellent knowledge of curriculum development and assessment methods.Ability to train, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
