LDC Link Data Center is looking for a highly experienced MDM Solution Architect to lead the architecture and technical design of a large-scale Master Data Management implementation for a leading financial institution in East Africa.🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Design end-to-end MDM architecture and golden record models• Lead T24-to-MDM integration and synchronization design• Define matching, survivorship, and deduplication logic• Ensure alignment with banking governance and compliance standards• Guide technical teams throughout implementation phases• Conduct technical workshops with client stakeholders🔹 Requirements:• 5+ years of experience in MDM architecture• Banking / Financial Services background is mandatory• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, Semarchy xDM, IBM InfoSphere, or similar platforms• Strong understanding of Temenos T24 is a strong plus• Experience with multi-domain MDM solutions• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills🔹 Key Skills:MDM Platforms | Temenos T24 | Data Governance | Golden Record Design | Banking Architecture | Integration Patterns
