It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.About the roleAs Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution for the brand portfolio and its extensions, driving topline growth and delivery of full-year brand plans aligned with business objectives. This end-to-end role sits within the Category marketing team and partners closely with Sales, Customer Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain and agency teams to deliver integrated plans across communication, media, digital and in-store activation, as well as innovation development and launches.Role ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery of topline growth and full-year brand plans for brand portfolio and all extensions.Lead end-to-end marketing including communication development, media planning, on-ground activations, digital activations and influencer programs.Keen understanding of market and competition brands and strategies – leveraging to develop and enhance brand strategy for relevance and impact.Managing efficient market mapping and segmentation exercises and develop communication strategies.Delivering high impact brand connections and leverage strategy across sales channels to deliver growth.Development of annual marketing activation planning and accountable for brand P&L.Managing budget items, owning all aspects related to brand and collaboratively working with sales, finance, agencies and other critical stakeholders.Why you?Basic Qualifications:6+ years of brand marketing experience within FMCG and/or Consumer Health.Demonstrated experience building and delivering full-year brand plans, including communication, media and activation.Proven capability in consumer communications and launch management, including digital and influencer marketing.Strong stakeholder and agency management experience, working cross-functionally to deliver commercial execution.Preferred Qualifications:A masters in business with a specialization in sales/marketing.Experience in CPG brands/categories is an advantage.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability; able to translate insights into impactful initiatives.Strong commercial acumen with P&L exposure and executional rigor.Why Haleon?Our Win as One Framework is a simple, stretching definition of our future direction.
