The company continuously develops its products in accordance with the highest quality standards to meet the demands of both local and international markets.We are seeking professional and highly mobile Mechanical Engineers to join our Projects and Technical Support team to oversee the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of production lines and crushers at our clients' sites.Core Responsibilities & Job Duties:· Installation Supervision: Monitor and execute the mechanical assembly and installation of crushers and concrete block production lines at client sites.· Testing & Handover: Ensure all machinery operates according to the required technical specifications and quality standards, managing the final handover to the client.· Maintenance & Modifications: Perform routine and emergency maintenance, and execute necessary engineering modifications on existing crushers and concrete block production lines.· Engineering Support: Utilize CAD software to verify, match, and modify technical drawings before and during on-site execution.Job Requirements & Qualifications:· Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.· Experience: 3 to 5 years (Maximum) of proven experience in the installation and maintenance of crushers or concrete block production lines.· Technical Skills: Full proficiency in SolidWorks.· Mobility: Absolute readiness to travel and relocate to various project sites to manage operations on the field (Strict & Essential Requirement).Benefits & Compensation:· Monthly Salary: Net salary ranging from 15,000 to 20,000 EGP, to be finalized based on competency and experience.· Transportation Allowances: Company-provided transportation fully covering travel to project locations and client sites. مهندس ميكانيكا تركيبات وصيانة (كسارات وخطوط طوب إسمنتي) خبرة من ثلاثة وحتى خمسة سنوات حد أقصيوصف الشركة:تُعد "بيراميدز ستيل فور ماشين" من أوائل المصانع الرائدة في مجال المعدات الثقيلة، حيث تميّزت بنسبة مكوّن محلي تصل إلى 85% منذ تأسيسها في عام 1993م اختصت الشركة في تصنيع مجموعة واسعة من المعدات حيث تنتج "بيراميدز" معدات عالية الجودة مصنوعة من مواد قوية وموفرة للطاقة، بما في ذلك: (الكسارات بأنواعها الثابتة والمتحركة- محطات الخرسانة الجاهزة الثابتة والمتحركة - كسارات الدلو - خطوط إنتاج الطوب الأسمنتي) وتواصل الشركة تطوير منتجاتها وفق أعلى معايير الجودة لتلبية احتياجات السوق المحلي والدولي.نبحث عن مهندسين ميكانيكا محترفين ومستعدين للتنقل، للانضمام إلى فريق الدعم الفني والمشروعات والإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل وصيانة خطوط الإنتاج والكسارات لدى عملائنا.المسؤوليات والمهام الوظيفية:الإشراف على التركيبات: متابعة وتنفيذ أعمال تركيب الكسارات وخطوط إنتاج الطوب الإسمنتي في مواقع العملاء.التشغيل والتسليم: التأكد من عمل المعدات بالشكل والجودة الفنية المطلوبة وتسليمها للعميل بالكامل.الصيانة والتعديلات: إجراء أعمال الصيانة الدورية والطارئة، وتنفيذ التعديلات الهندسية اللازمة على الكسارات وخطوط إنتاج الطوب القائمة بالفعل.الدعم الهندسي: استخدام برامج التصميم لمطابقة وتعديل اللوحات الفنية قبل وأثناء التنفيذ.الشروط والمتطلبات:المؤهل الدراسي: بكالوريوس هندسة ميكانيكية.الخبرة: من 3 إلى 5 سنوات كحد أقصى في مجال تركيب وصيانة الكسارات أو خطوط الطوب الإسمنتي.المهارات الفنية: إجادة تامة لبرنامج SolidWorksالمرونة الجغرافية: الاستعداد التام للانتقال والسفر إلى مواقع المشروعات المختلفة لإدارة العمليات ميدانياً (شرط أساسي).المزايا والتعويضات:الراتب الشهري: من 15,000 وحتى 20,000 جنيه مصري (صافي)، يُحدد حسب الكفاءة والخبرة.بدلات الانتقال: توفير وسائل الانتقال بالكامل إلى أماكن تركيب المشروعات ومواقع العملاء.
