Job Description :* Supervise mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems.* Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.* Coordinate with subcontractors and prepare daily progress reports.* Support testing, inspections, and project handover activities.* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project schedules.Requirements :* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.* 5–10 years of site experience in construction projects.* Experience in commercial, healthcare, residential, or mixed-use developments.* Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
